 How long does it take to setup my account?
Solution For security purposes, all orders with
Host Bemidji™ are manually checked for fraud. Typically:
- accounts take 15-30 minutes to set up.
Upon signing up, you'll receive an email stating that Host Bemidji™ has received your order and is processing it. You may then receive an email which states if you have balances that need to be paid prior to account activation. After your order has been paid verified, you will receive your welcome email and be on your way to getting your web site online with
Host Bemidji™.
Please note that if you wish to pay with e-Check, a regular check, money order, cash. it may take longer to activate your account while we wait to receive payment.
How do I make a payment? Solution Credit Card
payment will automatically be deducted every 30 days after your 1st 30 days
free trial. If for some reason your card fails we will send you an email notifying you to update your credit card on file and pay the past due invoice.
Past Due Invoices
We allow 10 days to pay any past due invoices. If invoices are not paid within the ten days, your account will be suspended and a $10.00 late fee will be placed. You will have an additional ten days to pay all open invoices before your account is terminated

I didn't get my welcome email or have since lost it how can I have it resent?
Solution If you never received your welcome email, it's because you signed up using a non-working email or your spam filter blocked it. Please check your spam folder, if it's not there, make sure to whitelist
sales (at)hostbemidji.us and support (at)
hostbemidji.us before requesting it again. If you
need your welcome email resent, please send an email
to billing (at) hostbemidji.us saying your domain, username, password, and that you would like your welcome email to be resent. |
